Help I cant get below 170 and 12% body fat!?!


Question: I workout my body everyday of the week. I jog 4-5 miles mon, wed, friday and I lift weights with different muscle groups tues, thurs, saturday. I cannot lose weight to get my abs to have the definition I long for. I have tried to change my diet and eat less to no avail. I am not sure if there is a next step. I am an easy gainer for both muscle and fat. My diet is about as healthy as it can possibly be for a college kid living on campus. What is the next step?

have you tried seperating your healthy meals into 5-7 small ones

it keeps you more satiated plus you should feel an increase in energy levels
eat every 2-3 hours....around 200-350 calories per meal

drink more water too!
keep your workout routine....everything you do is perfect except the diet
