Getting a 6 pack abs and upper arm muscle?!
Question: If i do a minmum of 150 sit-up and at least 40 push ups a day how long till i see results.
Im 18. 5'-11" about 145lbs
I have muscle just trying to help it grow at home

Doing 150 sit-ups alone won't get you a six pack.
You should work each muscle group every other day because muscles grow during rest after you exercise.
Do push ups with a girl on your back.
