Eqq white omelet with veggies is a filling, low cal breakfast other options: cereal with fruit, low-fat yogurt with fruit and granola.
For lunch and dinner, small portions of broiled or grilled white meat or fish are healthy and good for you. On the side have lots of steamed and/or fresh veggies to fill you up. Apples and oranges are great snacks Make sure you let yourself have a small cup of icecream, cookies, or a few m &ms or whatever your favorites are so you don't splurge from denial later.

Portion control is very important. Make sure you actually measure out that serving of Special K or whatever you are eating instead of trying to eyeball it. Always read the nutrition label.

Try cutting out "white carbs" like potatoes, white bread, etc.
