It depends on how much weight you lose and your body type. It also depends on the fit of the pants. Pants that have higher waists, you'll need a smaller size. If they are low riders, you will need a bigger size. If they are stretch, you'll need a smaller size. I was an 8 at 131 lbs and a 6 at 119 lbs. I'm 5'3". You'd probably need to lose 30-35 lbs.
