Need to lose 15lbs?!


Question: i have 1 month to finish losing my pregnancy weight for my friends wedding i have joined a gym and plan to exercise 6days a week for 2 hrs at the gym doing 1.5hrs of cardio and 30min of strength training do you think this will shed them last 15 lbs or do you have other advice.

thats a good plan! just remember to not eat supper too late, and i've found that its best to eat small portions, but more often, like every 3 hours. thats a really good workout plan though!

just take in less calories. if you burn more than you take in you loose whieght.

It's great that you've joined a gym but what's even more important is to keep your commitment. Not only should you exercise to lose the weight but you can start to eat healthier. Try having a salad every now and then, say no to that tempting cake. Stuff like that. Also, mentally tell yourself you can and will be able to do it. Nothing helps more than self-motivation.

On another note, don't over do it. There is a such thing as too much exercise. If you feel dizzy or tired, take a break. The worst and last thing you want to do is hurt yourself in the long run.
