Are there any excercises to tone a womans chest?!

Question: I'm sure there are. I used to have a sagging belly after two spine surgeries and three deliveries. Everyone I knew said that I would need surgery to get a flat stomach again. Well, they were wrong and I'm quite happy I never listened to them. The road to recovery was long, though. I eat well and swim for hours several times per week. For your "chest", just try getting fit everywhere and wear an excellent bra all the time, even in bed if necessary. They sell "sleep bras" with no wires, etc. These measures will firm up your breasts, if that is what you want. Also have you breasts massaged and creamed routinely, even if you have to do it yourself! If they know they are being loved, they may respond! I breast fed for eleven years straight and I still have nice breasts. They have fallen, but their shape is nice and sensual, natural and pretty. Be proud of who you are and that you even have a chest to worry about! Remember, you're dealing with glands, and those are internal; the rest is about sagging skin, so treat it as you would any other skin sagging on your body. Because they are glandular, they need proper support; because they are skin, they need cream etc.

Nope....once the sisters begin to slide, only surgery will stop it.

And THAT brings a bunch of WORSE problems!

The best exercises for a womens chest vary depending on what part of the chest. For example, a Dip (off the end of a bench) can help strengthen the backs of your arms (tricep) as well as the upper part of the chest. If you are concerned about the center of your chest, along the ridge, dumbbell or cable flys (sic) are ideal. I should also tell you that strengthening your shoulders can really help posture and therefore make your chest appear perkier and more tone. For that, i'd recommend shoulder raises with dumbbells and rear shoulder raises (again with dumbbells).

Women's Health (magazine and website) has a great display of the proper form on all these exercises. Check them out online. Don't trust any google imagine display. (Also I'm sure there are good workout plans and ideas on their website as well).

They wouldn't have any effect on your breasts. However, you need to keep your back in shape for your muscles to support the weight in front.
Pull your shoulder blades together and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
