How do I stop stressing over trying to lose weight?!
Question: Don't tell me to be happy with the weight that I am;
I NEED to lose 15+ lbs so I can enlist in the Navy.
All this worrying about working out, what foods to eat, and counting calories is just adding stress and I feel like I'm getting nowhere.

Easiest way I found to lose weight was to eliminate all carbs from two meals out the day while working out daily. My standard day is an omelet for breakfast, a mid-morning sugar free yogurt, a large chef's salad for lunch with some fat-free Italian dressing, jerky or similar item for a mid-afternoon snack and a sensible-sized dinner.
I have been doing this since New Year's and I have lost 12 lbs so far with 24 more to go. I figure by end of June I will have lost the weight.
