HELPPPP i need 2 lose a stone in 1 month!?!


Question: hi x im goin on holiday in 6 weeks nd i need 2 lose a stone so far iv lost 7ibs but need 2 lose another stone im doing 70 situps a day nd squats wt else can i do 2 achieve this goal?

oh and i drink lots of water!

hey bbe,
i just had to read your question

um if you wanna loose a stone i got some ideas. but promise me you wont become anorexic like me

drink more than 8 glasses of water a day
and eat lots of fruit and veg

or try the banana diet which all you eat is bananas or the apple diet.

or just simply lay off bad food and do lots of exercisding prehaps a jog in da mornin n at night

Pardon me by asking but what is a stone?

if you're that fat, it aint happenin ! otherwise, lay of the bread and cheese!

As with any new exercise plan or diet, your first step should be to consult a doctor. Then I'd reccomend joining a gym. In your induction, most gyms will set up a program for you to follow based on what you want to achieve.

Walk. Fast. Jogging works better but it harder on the joints. Walking fast can do just as much to speed up the metabolism, you don't need any equipment except clothes & shoes and you can do it anywhere. Keep drinking the water, but don't forget to keep eating.

Oh, and a stone is 14lbs, it's an Imperial measurement they still use in the UK & Ireland.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. pick a exercise regime you like. but lose only 1 kilo(2.205 pounds) a week. that is the permanent way of losing.dieticians offer eally good suggestions that r easy to follow. go to one
if you exercise, even if you dont lose weight, you will look slimmer as u lose inches and body fat gets converted to muscles.
and have flaxseed oil.
