How about changing your thoughts!! I do not count calories as they don't mean much. I count grams of carbs. There is a little box on the side of every package of food that lists the grams of carbohydrate! If you want to loose wweight keep the grams of carb under 150 per day!!

First off loose the pastas, potatoes, breads etc. They are fat producers.
Eat mostly dark green leafy salad with a bit of whatever kind of meat and an apple for most meals. Eat bacon and eggs for breakfast with whole grain toast and butter.
Keep all servings of everything except the salad to about the size of your closed fist.

Now walk for an hour as fast as you can every day without fail!! I don't mess with milage.

You can get the excess off.

But remember it takes work!! No more cokes and chips or french fries!! And it isn't fast nor do you want to get it off fast! It always comes back faster.

Must eat fewer calories than you eat, but if you watch the grams of carbos and keep them to a minimum, the calories will take care of themselves.

As long as you are 'moving more' and 'eating less' you will lose weight. it is really pretty simple.

only if you eat small portions and eat healthy.. sure

yes you should lose weight but I would increase the calorie intake some because will all that exercising you are going to get hungry, and might have a binge of food...

yes but you sould also change what you are eating. also drink more water and not soft drinks.

The walk should be brisk walking only then will you burn fat and stop eating fatty food

yes,,u will see the difference in a week

Go to this site and download their E-book, I'm sure it will help you!
