ok i think i know ur prob... u c ur exercising and trying to lose weight at the same time...like if u do cardio and weight lifting at the same time u might not see difference in ur body weight, like the situation i had last year i kept working out and running for almost a year and nothing changed in my weight ....then one day i stoped running and i started goin up with weight, but the thing is that i still noticed the difference in my body immage....so try to do only cardio and c what happens...maybe some light weights is ok

Calorie counting doesn't work well for many folks. Try gram counting for your diet. Shoot for your bodyweight x 1.1 = grams of protein daily that you need to eat. Carbs should be limited to between 120 to 150 grams (for weight loss) and no more than 30 grams of fat, none of it trans fat (think flax seed oil, or olive oil).
You might feel sluggish the first few days, as your body adjusts to the lower amount of carbs and starts drawing on fat stored in the body for energy. If you REALLY need more to eat, add more to your protein intake, not your carbs.
And you really need to do some form of cardio for between 30 to 45 mins. 5 or 6 times a week......jogging, swimming, biking or even walking as briskly as possible.
Hope this works for you.

How long have you been at this?

Edit:

What exercise are you doing and for how long a day are you doing it?

How much are you eating in a day, calorie wise?

Are you genetically fat, or is this result from overeating?

Any health issues that might explain the weight gain?

my friend went on a diet and as long as she ate any thing below 5% fat she lost loads as well as the exercise she had been to weight watchers and slimming world it is called the rosemary connelley diet she as a exersing dvd out it was voted 9out of 10 and she is in her fiftys hope this helps

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
