LOL.
I am 5'4 and weigh as much as you.
You shouldn't aim for a weight.
You should aim for a look.

Everyones muscles mass,
bone structure etc
factor in.

If you see something you like eg:
her stomach or her legs,
aim for that rather then her weight.

Because muscles weigh more then fat,
you can be all muscle and weigh double her and have a better body.

5'6, 121lbs. is not bad. I would think 115-120 is perfect for you

It's really impossible for us to answer that question because it's different for everyone. You should talk to a specialist who will measure your body fat.

your not gunna like this, but you shouldnt stop for a long long tome if your aiming for attractive

Look online for your BMI. This will show you what is a healthy weight for you. I think you are at a good weight so I wouldn't try to diet, but exercise to keep you healthy.

Your weight is fine. I checked the BMI Calculator and it said your average weight is good.

Hmmmm 121...stop now! You are SKINNY!

Your BMI (Body Mass index) shows you are in perfect range. You might find you enjoy exercise more if you do it for fun rather than make it a job/chore. Try relax and enjoy the sessions rather than push yourself to hard. I run on the treadmill but do the fatburner program, which stays at a good pace but not getting my heart rate up to far. With your diet, try eat what you enjoy and eat moderately and avoid fast food and sweets and high fat. Eating more salads helps with getting fresh food but make sure you get enough protein (meat/fish/chicken) as you use this for muscle building and carbs which help the muscle building and give you energy.
Good luck and hope you enjoy getting fit and healthy!
