Question: Cycling is a great activity its not best however (sprinting and swimming are better)
It will generally improve your fitness, help to burn fat and improve your legs muscle tone. However I would not recommend cycling at a leisurely pace you'll get some fresh air out of it but not alot else.
If you really want good results mix high intensity with low intensity that will really get the heart going.
