Eating sensible
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
Allow yourself a treat once a week, Maybe a small little chocolate bar (So that your body doesn't go into a binging mode the next time you allow yourself something sweet/savory)

When you are doing something that makes you feel good about yourself. You'll feel good.

Paint your nails, go for a walk.
Eat healthy instead of crap and excercise.
Excercise releases endorphins.

Improving your body will take time and is alot easier to maintain and prevent then fix. But if you are on the right track you'll be happier then when you weren't. Just look forward and not back .

Keep at it, keep it up and you'll stay happy.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS YOUR B.M.I. IS OVER 30 AT YOUR AGE IT IS CRUCIAL FOR YOU TO NOT BE DIETING!!!! I dieted in my teens and regret it all the time! My growth/height was stunted and my bones did not grow properly leaving me with leg and back pain and Im only in my early 20's! My parents are 5'10" and 6' feet tall and I am only 5'5" !!! Honey please DO NOT diet until you speak with your doctor about this! I could have been a model but I stunted my growth so now I am too short for the industry! If you want to be fit and healthy exercise and eat according to the food pyramid or a doctors meal/diet plan! Do not do this alone at your age protect your bones and your health and speak to your doctor if you want to lose weight! Take care and love your body!

Generally, personal confidence is the only thing that will make you comfortable with yourself.

It's not a matter of weight I suspect being that you are at the peak age where your body is consuming energy for fuel like crazy. Thus, simply try it out a couple times.

Where what makes you feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable wearing things like bikinis, simply don't. What you wear is your choice alone, and if you don;t want to wear such things nobody is forcing you to.

Just remember, the only one that can really make you comfortable with yourself is you. External gratification is only good for reinforcement, but self-esteem is the key. Be happy with yourself and confidence will follow along in relatively short order.

i am turning 14, and i used to have the same problem as you, i would never excercise and eat crap ALL THE TIME.
i would get teased at school and everything.
i then started walking for about an hour around the block (on the street, not in my backyard), 30 situps and 20 pushups every day, and i started to eat healthy and i have lost weight so far.
i think if you just stick to basic excercise for your age, and eat healthy the weight will fall off you!
oh and DRINK LOTS OF WATER. i try to drink about 2 litres a day. hehe
also, when you eat healthy, your skin looks gorgeous and you also feel great too

Try going vegetarian or vegan. Eating more consciously shows respect to your body, which will in turn, allow you to think more highly of yourself. You will also have the excuse of "helping animals" which will make you more compassionate... another reason to feel good about yourself.

Not to mention, the health benefits of veg*/an eating will put you at a healthy weight (only 2% of all vegans are overweight).
