Is running up stairs a good exercise?!

That actually is really good exercise! Your legs might hurt in the morning but it's really good for them. Just don't hurt yourself. This is coming from someone who broke three things in one year. And drink lots of water. You'll need it. Good luck on staying healthy !

well, yes and no. it will help reduce your fat in you legs, to muscle, so, you wont technically lose weight, because muscle weighs more. but youll lose fat.

Good cardio and muscle builder for the legs. Make sure to increase protein and water though to support the muscles. Breathing correctly as you do it will stop you getting really sore.

That's probably one of the best exercises you can do!
By running up and down the stair, in about 15 minutes, you've burned 300 calories.

It'll make your legs look fantastic, and strengthens your core a little.

Just don't pig out after it. =)

but dont run downstairs
it hurts your knees...not greatly but cumulatively

While it's good exercise, it's also bad for your knees

it will definetly help you especially you leg muscles, it might tone your lower body but you should do 20 push-ups, 20 crunhes, and 20 sit-ups each night to tone your upper body.
