How do you lose those "last two" pounds?!


Question: I know, what......... are you kidding me? Two pounds. Well, it's those last two stubborn pounds that are making my pants feel slightly uncomfortable but I don't know how to get rid of them in a healthy way? They just want to stay.

Any advise?

comming from experience, the last 2lb are the hardest to loose. you will have to give everything youve got to break that last 2lb plateau. i would kick the cardio up a knotch and zig-zag your caloric intake. dont reduce calories too low because your metabolism will slow. you will find however that once the 2lb are gone, you can keep it off. if you do everything right you can have it gone in less than 2 weeks. it seems that fatloss slows down alot when you get below 6 or 7% bodyfat. i currently maintain 5 but have gone down to below 4. these are caliper readings and online calculations so it may be higher. my advice to you would be to not give up, if you do everythng your supposed to, it will come off, just be patient

i am quite good with my weight and figure but my mom lost her weight about 7-8 pounds last month when she was using Hoodia diet plant very first time for just checking but its really works so my mom is still using it and in 2 months she just lost atleast her 14 pounds weight and also decresing her body fat and calories.

you need to be burning more calories than you are consuming..............
