2.lunjis
3.dips
4.running
5.squats
THANK YOU I NEED ALL THE MUSCLE NAMES NOT LIKE STUMACH LIKE ABDOMINAL THOSE WORDS

1) Crunches work your upper abdominal muscles
2) Lunges, not lunjis, work your quadriceps (thigh muscles) and glutes (butt) as well as forearms (used to grip)
3) Dips work mostly the triceps but the more you lean forward, the more your pectoralis major (chest) comes into play.
4) Running is a full body workout but concentrates on the myocardium (heart muscle) and the muscles in your blood vessels.
5) Squats hit the quadriceps and glutes the most, but the hamstrings and calves are secondary and are used to stabilize you. Also, your abdominals and back erectors are used quite a bit in upper body stabilization.

If you need the names of the quads: Rectus Femoris, Vastus longus, Vastus medius, Vastus lateralis
The glutes are: Glutimus maximus, Glutimus medias and Glutimus minimus.
The brachium consists of the Biceps brachii, Brachialis, Biceps brachioradialis and Triceps.
The antebracheum consists of all the forearm muscles.
Calves consist of the Gastrocnemius and Soleus.
