How do i get my stomach like this(pics)?!


Question: I have a little fat on my stomach, i want it to look like this before summer, is that even possible?

To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches. If you already have a low body fat percentage than doing situps and crunches will help you. Don't go crazy with them. A lot of people go to the gym and fo hundreds of situps and crunches every day. They treat their abs differently from every other muscle in the body. Treat them the same as you would any other muscle and you will see improvements.

Believe me the last thing a guy wants to see on his girl is a six-pack.

If you cut carbs and start with a weight lifting program, you might be able to attain that look. Talk with a trainer and tell them you want to build muscle mass (most dime-a-dozen gym provided trainers won't train you properly unless you use that phrase). They'll start you in on free weights and body weight exercise.

If it gets to the point where you can see your rib cage, you're too thin. Eat something.

come on thats too thin, u cd see her abs eeewww! but that's just my personal preference

Dont get a sixpack, nothing less attractive on a woman...continue with your cardio and dont eat much fat...you'll be fine;)
