Shedding a little weight?? (fast)?...i know i already asked no one answered?!


Question: I think i need to loose a little weight mabey 5-10 lbs. i'm not fat not even that chubby my waist and my tummy are just a little chunky and its really bothering. when ever i wear a shirt i look like a square. Its really annoying. are there any tips or if you lost wieght how did you do it? thanks.

(p.s. i need to lose it fast because i'm going to my sisters wedding in Flordia in 2 weeks and i want to look good)

I know exactly what you are talking about, this happened to my sister too.
You probably think that it's the end of the world,
relax this is not the end of the world be your self...

Do some exercise's w/ weights for the tummy. Body building .com and really watch what you eat.

I'd recommend a mix of interval training and 60 min. cardio sessions, and if possible, some weights.
