lots of whole wheat, not too much or you'll get diahorrea.

Quick fix: make a cup of tea or anything hot + run up the stairs a lot.

try prune JIUICE

eat whole wheat cereal or lots of oat meal and some bananas that should do it

Buy some fiber tabs

Eat plenty of bran and fruit and also drink plenty of water.

KFC makes you constipated.... always has the opposite effect on me. You should try my local KFC.

An enema works very well or try a laxative. I was constipated once after having surgery and all the pain medicine made me constipated... I tried a laxative, and with in 24hrs I was feeling better.

Fiber, water and fruits and if that doesn't help Take one teaspoon of mineral oil or try an enema.

Good luck and Don't eat a KFC they torture the poor chickens be for they die crudely.

If that fails, go see a doctor.

Milk of Magnesia is the way to go to get rid of it immediately.
To prevent it from happening again, eat more fiber to stay regular. For starters, if you eat more wheat bread, either by itself or in a sandwich, it will do wonders and your digestive tracts will thank you for it.

Some of said try a cap of lemon juice... But I just say have a cup of Coffee... That will make you go. :)

Yep, prune juice. Take a good book into the bathroom with you - you'll be there a while.

Buy some KY Jelly and hang out in a gay bar.

Eating oatmeal can help you. Also, prune juice or dried fruit-prunes, even apricot. But don't eat too much prunes/apricot (fresh or dried), they'll make you run. :)

Fibre - lots of it
Fruit, veg, bran etc
Try senokot or Fybogel - they give you additional fibre if your not getting enough!

Oh and stop eating KFCs!!

Do some research into what our government is doing to this country...that should make you sh!t yourself...
