i also want to be 95 pounds, i weigh 110 right now but i dont think a liquid diet would work because i need to eat, you should probably go on a more proper diet that would probably work

Sorry, but those "crash diets" don't work. You gain the weight back as fast as you lose it. If it is really necessary to lose weight, the you should do it the right way.. with exercise and a balanced diet!
neither! both will not help you lose weight & keep it off. eat under 2,000 calories per day. Start off with eating 1,500. Eat all the food groups, don't drink anything exept water and selzer. YOU DONT NEED TO BE 95 POUNDS! my GOD what is UP with this WORLD>??!?!! i SWEAR i see like 10000 questions a day saying stupid stuff like "omg im 100 pounds im soo fat!" just stop worrying and eat healthy, cut out sugars. (candy and junk.) try eating fruits and veggies. and EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR ... well they say 30 minutes but i say an hour!! i swim 4 or 5 days a week for 2 hours + run + weight lift and i have a good metabolism so even if i do eat junk i dont get fat . uhm but i eat healthy i dont eat a lot of candy and junk anymore . i eat a salad for lunch every day. hope this helped dont become anerexic.
