Question: I eat fiber cereal (like around 30 g), drink green tea, work out 3x a week and still, its always trapped until a certain point in the day. So basically, I'm only going to the bathroom once a day. I want to be more regular! PLEASE, what can songgina14 do to get herself more regulares?

Too much fiber can cause constipation too. Lower your fiber intake. Remember it takes like 2-3 times as long for fiber to leave the body, so don't shovel it in, because it will make the poo process harder. Eat a prune..
Increase the water intake. You may have a sluggish bowel. Fiber cereal may still not contain the RDI. Is the 30g you mentioned the fiber amount, or the cereal amount?
