That will be great! However, you should start strength training too. Strength training and cardio work well together to lose weight. Now, I'm not saying to lift those heavy weights, just light weights but like 12-15 reps with 2-3 sets. That's all. 30 mins workouts at least 2-3x a week. Not only will it enhance weight loss but it'll also tone you up. You won't bulk up, believe me. Also, diet is essential. That one person above me is right. Eating 5-6 small portioned meals are better than 2 big meals. Because your body needs energy to continue to burn calories throughout the day, if it doesn't have energy then it goes into starvation mode. When you eat 5-6 small meals a day your metabolism begins working faster which is essential for weight loss. Don't go without eating for more than 4 hours. So, nice snacks are great. But remember, it's what type of foods you eat too! Also, you're body needs to stay hydrated in order to properly burn calories. So about 8 cups of water a day or more! This will definitely increase weight loss. Believe me! I've done it! Plus, eating that frequent won't get you hungry to where you want to eat entire buffet! Hope I helped! :)

of course it will help!

Aerobics should help a lot! I just signed up for Weight Watchers online for like $65 for 3 months and it helps monitor what I eat so I keep my portions reasonable but I still have gone over. It also encourages you to work out. Hope it works for you. 30 pounds with a pregnancy isn't that bad though. Good luck.

HI, I'm no fitness expert but I know that eating 5 small meals a day is way better than eating 3 full meals because it prevents you from getting too hungry and bingeing on the next meal.

And for the exercise, I know that one has to alter the exercise every so often to get results. Say, alternate aerobic exercise 3 days for one week, and then some light cardio 3 days the next week and so on.

Hope this helps. :-)

Aerobics will DEFINITELY help you lose weight. Those classes (at least the good ones) are really intense cardio, which is what you need to do to lose weight. You need to do more than 20 minutes to really have any significant effect.

Also, make sure to focus on your diet as well. Just simple things like cutting back on sugary foods and drinks will help. Drink plenty of water and if you want a second serving of your meal have it be mainly from the vegetable portion. Also, make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep on a regular schedule, this also affects weight loss.

It will be a big help, maybe a little bit of weight lifting.

You'll help yourself even more if you eat 5 small meals/day each containing low fat sources of protein (protein shake, chicken, tuna, fish, serloin...) and some complex carbs (rye or whole wheat bread instead of white or italian, brown rice instead of white rice, sweet potato instead of white potato). The protein bar or shake can actually count as a meal by itself.

Drink 70-85oz of water/day and get at least 8hrs of sleep a night.

It will come off in no time for you!

yes, keep it up. and, you should be eating 4 or 5 smaller meals throughout the day, not only 2 times. 2 meals means your metabolism will be very slow - your body is in "starvation mode" so it holds on to everything you eat.

Increase your metabolism by eating smaller meals more often. I eat 6 or 7 meals per day. I never go more than 3 hours without a healthy snack.

Working out/ aerobics/ walking/ exercising/ etc... do that 3 or 4 times a week for 45 to 60 minutes each time and eat healthy. In time you will get down to 135 to 140

i would guess if you keep at it, it will take you 16 weeks.

check your BMI. How tall are you and how old? You could be just fine.
You should be eating 1200 calories, at least, a day. Anything less and you get your body into starvation mode and you won't lose anything.
