You are really doin a good job in your diet comsumption and being aware of what you eat. Veggies and fruits are very good to compensate the meat we usually take to get our proteins. You can have also that pizza, even more than just a slice or some pasta but not having other things added to eat.
You don't have to punish yourself very much to be having a good diet. More good is that you exercise also. To have a good system of good diet to especially lose weight diet and exercise should be complementary as you seem to be doing.
there come times when we feel sick and for sure you can't follow your program, especially the 30 minute exercise. You will be doing harm to yourself if you try to do which more natural than not you won't feel strong eneough to exercise.
You have to stop this to give chance to your body to regain your strength. The body has the ability to heal itself but we have to let it do it and not put on unnessary weight by exercising. While you feel sick you will probably lose some of the usual appetite and so cut on your intake of food. Thus this will be conpensating for the exercise and you won't add weight. More yes than not when we pass some days sick we lose weight because of the change in diet even though we don't exercise but stay more in bed or sitting. Be kind to yourself and don't exercise during this period.
When it is over you will it yourself that you can exercise like you used to do. If you want to do some kind of exercising you can try doing some Isometric exercises. These are done while sitting or in bed and the principle used is to make pressure with one limb and the other and keep the pressure for a short time. Also by contracting individual muscles and keep the contraction for a short time too. These are recommended in normal situation for those whose work is sedentary. I am sure that if you browse for ISOMETRICS you will have more information about this. They could be done anytime and any place without others knowing that you are exercising. I do them some time. One example is to put your hands under the flat top of a table and try to lift it up. Keep that position . You will be exercising the muscles just the same.

It shouldn't adversely affect you as your body needs the time to rest and recuperate.

It's better for your body to take that time out and recover than it is for you to push and probably make yourself even more ill.

I've even had times where I've LOST weight from not exercising while sick. Recovery is just as important as work.

it might have an effect on you for a couple days after you start exercising again but as long as you keep exercising you shouldnt have any long term effects
