Health question about my kids?!

Question: My 3 baby girls are 8 months, weighs 16.5 lbs and are 26 in long. My 3 little boys are 4 years, weigh 39 lbs and are 3' 3'' ft tall.

I honestly don't know how much they should eat in the food groups. What about all the vitamins, protein, iron, etc? What is a perfect 3 meal 2 snack day for each age?

For 4 year old boys:
Vegetables/fruits- 5
Grains- 4
Milk- 2
Meats- 1

Since your girls are 8 months old, I couldn't find any information on their recommmend daily intake. I gave you the info for kids aged 2-3 because that was the youngest age given.
For kids 2-3:
Vegetables/fruits- 4
Grains- 3
Milk- 2
Meats- 1

"Infant formula and breast milk continue to provide important nutrients for growing infants, but babies will start to drink less as they approach the first birthday. They're getting more nutrients now from the variety of foods they've learned to eat and enjoy.

You may be concerned that you're feeding your child too much or not enough. Pay attention to your child's cues that he or she is hungry or full. A child who is full may suck with less enthusiasm, stop, or turn away from the breast or the bottle. With solid foods, your baby may turn away, refuse to open his or her mouth, or spit the food out."

dont worry if u are really concerned then like tell a doctor k?

Alicia above provided a fully informed answer and I agree with that. I have a 3-year-old and I usually try to follow the basic food groups and give my daughter a colorful plate of food (a typical lunch could be some carrots, apples, yogurt, and PB&J). Maybe not all at once, sometimes I'll do the yogurt or fruit as a snack or dessert a few hours later. Your kids seem like they are healthy weights and heights so you are obviously doing it right!

idk!!!!!! I'M IN FIFTH GRADE FOR PETE'S SAKE, WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT RAISING KIDS? ASK A DOCTOR OR A THERAPIST OR SOMETHING, YOU NEED HELP.
