What should I do..?!


Question: I need to eat dinner, but i'm not too fond of eating anymore. I don't wanna eat, but I have to eat SOMETHING, and i am 13. and like, so my mom is gonna go out to get me something, and i want something healthy for me that is a fat burner.
also, any tips on how to lose fat, REAL FAST????
i cant run because my mom doesn't trust me around the block by myself, and my sister is not a runner. What do i doooooo?

Tips:
1) If you can't avoid eating out try ordering a smaller size
2) Get your whole family to join something ie:
Martail arts, running room ect.
3)Try and avoid grains but not too much you still need them 4) take the salad over the soup the healther side dish.
5) there is no easy way to lose fat without hurting yourself
6) Make Beakfeast the bigest meal of the day and supper the smallest

Eat for christ sake.

Eat celery its like negative calories but your body will start to shut down if you stop eating all together.And your metabolism will slow down so when u do eat u will gain weight rapidly trust me i know.EAT

If you stop eating you will not burn fat. If you cant run then jump rope or jump in place. But you need to eat
