What's the best sport for loosing weight fast?!

First off to the guy that says swimming won't make you lose weight......you're wrong big time.

Swimming burns 470 to 900 calories per hour depending on your weight and body make up. Anything that burns calories will make you lose weight.

As far as getting your muscle really toned as well as lose some weight you might want to try some in door rock climbing if that suits what you like. Tennis and Raquetball are great. Basketball is better as long as you aren't playing a laid back game like "21" play some 1 on 1 or 2 on 2.

You want to look at something that really gets you moving or really makes you work your muscles.

I run track and field and it makes me lose weight and i gain muscle. Swimming is also good. All sports are good. Whatever sport you like, thats what you should do. :]

Anything that makes you sweat the most! Whether it be basketball, or soccer, are probably your top priorities.

And sorry, but swimming is the worst for losing weight! In order to lose fat, you need to sweat and perspire, these are your calories being burned off! Swimming keeps you cool, and hence, almost no calories burned. It will get you toned and in shape, but will not lose fat.

Yeah swimming is good because you work every paet of your body!!

P.S. Don't drown. I hate simming cause i almost drowned once and now as long as i cant touch the bottom, i freak.
