Help?? Calories.. N excersise ;)?!


Question: Help me with an excerisise plan..
i cant get out as my mum is kinda overprotective.
too young too join the gym. and aint goh a running machine.
I can do stuff liek run on the spot, sit ups, crunches etc.
How many would i have to do like ThroughOUT the day to burn about 5-600 calories and for how long?
And does anyone know how many calories would be burnt by doing majorettes for 120 mins?

I have written a page on body weight exercises if you would like to check them out. I recommend them to my clients because they

1) don't require any equipment
2)can be done in your own home or while traveling
3)and you won't injure yourself doing them

They also give you functional strength and build your core up.
