When excersing, how long does it take for the body to get use to them?!


Question: Do you have to constantly change them, the time
and does doing 30 min walking and 30 min on the bike everyday help with weight lose ?

Be sure to make a significant change to your routine about every six weeks. Sometimes all it takes is doing your exercises in a different order, but I'd recommend going further than that. And always increase your difficulty every week or two so that you don't plateau.
Lastly, don't forget rest. I would rest 1-2 days every week and a whole week off every six weeks. The days after a rest day or week are the ones you'll see the most improvement. You have to give your body time to recuperate and when you do, it'll pay off well.

The body adapts fairly quickly to a regime of stress ( exercise) You can add to the difficulty by pushing yourself to faster pace this will keep the heart rate up . As you get fitter it gets more challenging to get major changes.
