cutting out soft drinks alone and switching to water will help you lose a minimum of 1 pound per month. Not a lot, but every pound can make a difference.
cutting out soft drinks will also decrease your sodium intake, which is very important if you have high blood pressure or have family history of it.
Plus, if you switch to water, you will save $$$$$$!

It depends on how many calories you've been taking in with soft drinks and cordials and whether or not when you stop drinking them, you start taking in those calories another way or just don't take them in at all. If you stop taking in those calories and don't replace them some other way, you should lose weight.

If you start doing exercize, you should also lose weight, but probably not quickly (depending on how often, how long, and how hard you exercize) and it might take a little while to start losing weight while you build up muscle mass.

There is no way for anyone to predict how much you will lose without knowing your current calorie intake or level of exercize.

OMG tons of difference. Cause soda and cordials are just a ton of sugar. Try not to replace it with other sugary things like candies and foods. and with out changing anything else you should notice a difference in 2 weeks. It takes the human body approximately 2 weeks to adjust to dietary and exercise changes. And its not considered healthy to loose more than 2 lbs a week.
