Someone please help me....I'm desperate!?!


Question: I need to lose weight. I've put on so much weight over the last 4 years. I'm actually seriously worried for my health if nothing else. I'm afraid of scales and haven't weighed myself in years but wouldn't be surprised if i was close to 300 pounds. I need someone to make an exercise plan for me and a diet that is inexpensive to maintain. I have an exercise bike and I have a home gym as well as some small hand weights and an ab roller. I'm only 19 and I'm worried I'm going to die. I can't do it by myself. someone who will make a plan for me or even just people who will be kind enough to support me would be fantastic. Thanks!

god bless you, first off, at least you want to make an effort and i applaud you. I know how frustrating it can be to want something so bad and not know where to begin. First off you need to eat proteins chicken breast, egg whites, etc. that helps you to burn more calories, water and no sodas, and plenty of fruits and vegetables try 6 meals 3 main and 3 snacks spread out over the day every 3 hours. Think of a meal plan you can live with each meal must contain a fat, a protein and a carbohydrate, all must be healthy. then exercise, that goes hand in hand, start of walking or working out with the equipment in your home. take vitamins. i know it seems I'm just rambling on. Have you thought about taking an aid? like a weight loss appetite suppressant? have you heard of Alli? i tried that and it worked but keep in mind that if you mess up and eat bad and take it, you won't be happy with the results (www.myalli.com). Or would you consider the gastric bypass? just consider all options if you are serious.

see a doctor. especially if your health is at stake. or a nutritionist or someone.

See a professional, especially if you think you're going to die.

join weight watchers...their food plan is sensible, healthy and you can eat more than you expect. Drink lots of water and go walking for an hour or so a day.

Plus the support from the group helps too.

You can do it...

You should look into bariatric surgery. I had it done. That is if you have insurance. Weight Watchers is a good choice as well. Cut down on your sweets, pops, fried foods. Eat healthy such as chicken (baked or broiled or grilled), fish, fruits and veggies, healthy carbs and drink lots of water. Exercise as well. At least 30 min. of exercise a day 5 x a week. Good luck it is not easy.
