You're not anorexic. The very fact that you're asking yourself if you're becoming anorexic or not proves that you're not. It's like an arrogant person-- they can't genuinely say they're actually arrogant. Anorexic people rarely realize they are, anyway, and if they're aware of it, they simply take pride in it and even motivate others to do the same. You're just a very anxious person, for personal reasons, who's getting a bit TOO careful about things... you're what I I call "half-anorexic". I know it sounds a bit stupid, but it's kind of like that, isn't it?

I used to be half-anorexic. I was so obsessive about my face, my body, constant insecurity/uncertainty, careful with every move I made, hardly ate anything... yet I didn't think I was "fat" and other typical illusions of an anorexic. Eventually, when I was dizzy and weak all the time (from hunger, of course), my mother took me to the doctor. And the doctor somehow gave me the light and immediately motivated me to train myself to eat more. I was 35 kilos at thirteen-fourteen years old and here I am now at 44-45 kilos at fifteen years old.

I suggest you do the same. See a doctor and train yourself, day by day, to not throw away food and eat more. Don't pressure yourself about your looks and read, watch or listen to whatever relaxes you about yourself. That's all I can say...

Good luck and hope this helps!

It sounds to me like you have an eating disorder of some sort. To be medically 'anorexic' however, you need to have a BMI of 17.5 or lower.
It's up to you whether you continue eating this way. If you decide not to, then I'd advise speaking to your doctor and they'll get you in touch with someone to speak to about it.

There seems to be a very fine line between anorexia and anything else. At this point, I would say no, you are not, because anorexia is simply very serious, where they donnot see the real them in the mirror, and simply cannot eat.

In your case, it seems that you are just overly cautious of your weight and what you eat, which can be a sign or an opening gate to larger problems, just don't get too worried about anything.

If you really want to lose fat (Weight means nothing - It's fat content) Donnot use the scale as a measurement of progress, aswell. Might I reccoment starting to exercise or work out, jogging, running, anything that produces sweat, as this burns calories.

Aswell as, a nice diet. No sweets, no grease, no fast food, no processed food, no chips no soda no no no! (If you already no this, sorry.. it surprises me how many don't)

All natural, all non processed foods. Especially veggies and fruit, Especially! If you really need meat, try to go for fish, such as tuna or salmon. These are still great for you.

Do this and you will lose weight the healthy, natural, way. While bein filled with energy and confidence. Goodluck, hope I helped.

not really, becuz your still eating... as long as your eating you should be find.. 1000 is still all right.. just make sure you continue to eat. just eat healthy, and you should be fine. and let me just tell you, many ppl including guys really dont like the anorexic look. its gross

i REALLY AM OBSESSIVE ABOUT THE WAY I LOOK TO! but i am only 12 years old! how old r u? email me at mimirl22@yahoo.com! we can talk about it! i want to be anorexic though! i think i an so fat but my bffs say i am sooooooooooooooo skinny!?!?!?!?!?!?! just email me, ok!

It's good to watch the way you look so do dont get overweight, but you still need to eat at least 1800 to 2000 calories a day depending on your age, gender, weight, height, and activity level.
