Start slow, park a little farther away at work or while shopping, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escaltor. Start off with walking and build up your exercise. Don't start out too hard because you will be miserable and not want to do it again. Set realiztic goals and set them often because hitting goals is very motivating.

a healthy lifestyle! diet and exorcise! or you could do the master cleanse!

The best way to become healthy is to eat proper diet according to food pyramid. Do some exercise and take enough supplement You should drink enough water.

Avoid eating snack between meals.

Just by exercising and eating healthy. It's the best way possible.

Eat a healthy balanced diet, drink lots of water, and instead of having large meals, have smaller meals but eat every three hours. it keeps your metabolism going. Also, drinking iced water speeds up our metabolism and eat breakfast within an hour of the time you wake up in the morning. Tr not to eat dinner after 8 but you can have one small snack. make sure your snacks are healthy, and obviously you need to excercise.
