Incline/resistance for elliptical...what should i do?!

Question: i usually use a regular elliptical at zero reistance or incline or anything but i do it for 45 minutes at a time..since im not really seeing the results i want..should i do less time with higher resistance? i really want to push myself but burn alot of calories and fat...all suggestions (as long as they are legit) are welcome

Zero resistance is basically doing nothing for you... your not really working your muscles as hard as you can... I actually don't think I can even do zero resistance because I just feel like jello, and I feel like i'm going to fall off!... The key to loosing weight, is variety (you need to work different muscle groups, and keep your muscles guessing!)... You can't do the same exact exercise everyday, and expect to see results... in 45 mins on the eliptacle, you can do SO much.. change the incline, change the resistance... you name it... just change up your workout every single time, and I promise, you will see results.
