Who can give me some low calorie healthy snacks to eat and feel satisfied??!

Question: Protein bars - watch the ingredients and calorie count, some are filled with excess sugar and junk

Popcorn
Flavored rice cakes (regular size with fat free cream cheese, or chip-sized for a snack)
Bananas
Sunflower seeds
Fat free or sugar free Jello cups or pudding cups
Mini flour or corn tortilla heated up with some low-fat shredded cheese like a quesadilla, add a spread of refried beans for protein or some tomato sauce and veggies for a pizza flavor
Cut veggies with some fat-free dressing for dip

Here's a list of negative calorie foods you can add to your snacks without guilt (meaning foods that use more energy to digest than the calories they contain):

Asparagus
Beet Root
Broccoli
Cabbage
Carrot
Cauliflower
Celery Chicory
Hot Chili
Cucumber
Garden cress
Garlic
Green Beans
Lettuce
Onion
Radish
Spinach
Turnip
Zucchini
Apple
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Cranberry
Grapefruit Honeydew
Lemon/Lime
Mango
Orange
Papaya
Peach Pineapple
Raspberry
Strawberry
Tomato
Tangerine
Turnip
Watermelon

trail mix bars - like granola bars but better. I also like Smokehouse Almonds. A little go a long way and they're mostly good for you...

granola fruit bars, fresh fruits, baby carrots

celery

Grahm crackers or teddy grahms. Special k bars or the 100 calorie snacks. Baked lays potatoe chips(watch how many you eat).

If you like dairy, try mixing some low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese with cinnamon, a little bit of vanilla, and a packet of Splenda (or any other artificial sweetener). The taste resembles ice cream. If you want to make it last, use low-fat cottage cheese and top it off with some high-fiber cereal (like Fiber One Original). Carbs + protein + fats = staying fuller longer!

Quaker makes some great products. Their rice cakes are pretty filling, and the Fiber Bars really fill me up. Another trick is to go to The Vitamine Shoppe and get their flavorless powdered fiber. Add it to a smoothie or protein shake. Good luck!

sugar free jello, chocolate quaker rice cakes, raisins, chocolate skim milk, fat free yogurt, 100 calorie microwave popcorn
