Which will flatten your stomach faster: situps or pushups?!

situps: abs
pushups: arms

situps are better of the two but I heard it's not really effective like everyone thought, actually crunches are supposed to be much better....

both, sit ups are good for abs, push ups are good for your stomach.

Sit ups are actually really bad for you. Look at doing crunches. Here are some ideas (go to the bottom and you'll see exercises you don't need equipment for):

Push ups don't really target the stomach, you work out your back and arms. But, holding your stomach in while you do it you will get some effect. If you are going to work out your abs it's important to work out your lower back muscles too to "counter balance" the effect (or you could end up stooped!). See some here:

I've been doing crunches and push ups for about 2 months and I've seen a HUGE difference. I've lost inches around my waist. Good luck!!

Neither. They both just strengthen the muscles beneath the skin and fat. If you want to be able to see more of a result you're going to have to do some sort of cardio exercise to burn off the fat (however little or much it may be) that covers your abdominal muscles.

push ups only work for your arms
