One month of working out! Before and After Pics.?!


Question: Well, I've been working out for one month, here are my results.

I've been doing cardio 3x a week (I can now run 10+ miles), and have been lifting weights 3x a week as well.

I've also been watching my diet, and cutting unneccessary calories, especially taking in high proteins and low carbs.

I'm leaving for mexico in one more month, does anyone have training suggestions?

Okay, The only results I see from the pics you took, is that your shoulders and chest look more firm and fit. You still look great. You don't really need that much cardio since you are already fit, maybe bump at strength training exercise to 4 days. I don't know your routine so, that may help. Also, Just do 20 - 30 mins of cardio. There's no need to run 10 miles. Unless you are in training for some kind of running. But if you are just trying to get firmer and bulk up, strength training is your best bet, however, cardio should still be placed in. You need to eat a lot of calories, not sure what to tell you on that but good on high protein. That's essential, but good fats are too. Umm, make sure you eat 5-6x a day, don't go without eating for more than 4 hours. And drink at LEAST 8 cups of water a day, more is great! That'll help you too. Also try, heavier weights and lower reps. That may help you. Umm... go at it strong for one month! You shouldn't hit "overtraining" in that time frame. for your 2nd pic... try taking a picture that looks like your 1st pic......i can't really tell if anything changed.... try eating as much as you can and lifting weights as much as you can for 3 week .... because the only way you can gain muscles is by gaining fat...but because you don't have that much time, just eat a lot and lift a lot of weights for muscle...and then the last week do the same but add cardio into your routine... ino all this cuz my bro live off of having a good body....and im not going to lie he is in pretty good shape
