Difference between Weight Watchers online, e-tools, Spark?!

Question: I was a WW member a few years ago. I didn't like the meetings as I had specific emotional weight issues unrelated to pregnancy/mom weight like most there had, so I had trouble connecting with the group and couldn't stick with it.

I became a member of E-tools for a while after and I liked it but life got in the way and I wasn't disciplined enough. What is the difference (other than the F2F meetings) between WW Online and WW E-tools? Is there anything extra that you get with Online that you do not get with E-tools, or is it the same thing with only a meeting requirement and a pricing difference? Also, is there any advantage to WW that you couldn't get with a free site like SparkPeople?

I am lower income with a disability and every penny counts, so I am weighing my cost options. But I really want to do this. So I am looking for the best overall weight loss option with a strong online influence that doesn't include expensive prepackaged food like Jenny or Nutrisystem. Thanks.

I LOVE Spark! I just joined this week! It is such a positive awesome environment. I've met so many cool people. Its like a myspace for fat people :) You can keep track of what you've eaten, how much water you have drank, even what exercises you have done that day. Plus, you join groups that fit you. Like, I'm in the 20 somethings trying to lose 50 or more lbs, and Military Wives, and Acid Reflux groups. You can choose as many as you like. I'm especially loving my blog. I can keep it as my journal to even just vent when I wanna grab a snickers and I'm fighting it! lol.
