If you train, I will assume that you eat a healthy high protein diet. High protein diets generally produce gas. Its almost a penalty..eat right then fear gas around others etc. High fiber foods are a big culprit as well. I do not recommend eliminating that which is good for your body as you train to look and feel good but if "gasiness" becomes you, the decision is yours...bad diet or bad gas?! To answer directly, the gas is there, the stomach shifting(sit ups etc) is forcing the air out in a toothpaste like fashion. The gas is there due to diet not movement. If it doesnt happen while doing sit-ups it probably happens in your sleep. GREAT! now you have to worry when you sleep. Sorry.

better out than in.

it SHOULD come out...

bean o

maybe you should lay off the beans and cheese.

Because you're human! Either that or you <3 beans! lol

Oh wow that happens to me too! Not just wiht sit ups jumping jacks. I have been wondering too!

your eating to many greens, cut back on the green veggies. I had the same problem, No biggy

hehe

this is a sign that your not moving around unuff

Oh um out of what area down there? It might not be gas it might be compressed air that was inside your "area" as I like to call it.
If it is gas than take Gas X.

Experience has shown that the most common ways to reduce the discomfort of gas are changing diet, taking medicines, and reducing the amount of air swallowed.

Do to this, probably when you do exercise you should take long deep breaths rather than take many short ones. This will prevent you to swallow less air which will eventually lead to gas.

Decomposition of food in your large intestine produces gas if the food has certain sugars or starches in it. The foods that cause this should not be removed from your diet, because they really are too good for that. So the solution appears to be to keep the bowels moving, avoid constipation, and have a regular bowel movement whenever you start to become gassy.

Some people, often with missing teeth, will move too much air into the stomach while eating or drinking, This typically also shows up as acid reflux too.

It's usually dietary. Experiment with certain foods and see what causes it for you. Worrying and nervousness also cause gas, so learn to stay calm.
