Eat a apple or some fruit instead.Cereal is carbs and if you really want to lose than put the knife down slowly and...lift a nice fresh raw fruit or carrots.

eating fish is good..but raw is better.Go for it dig in.

it depends. yes, if you are having skim milk with it. and it depends what kind of cereal. obviously kid cereal like fruit loops and coco puffs isnt very healthy, but plain miniwheats and special k cereals are good for you. just dont make the portions to big either. keep them small. and if you follow those things then yes it can be very heathly because of all the fiber and some vitimans.

yea sure but use low fat milk and try and limit ur sugar ........ it will keep u full for a long time because it is high in fibre

sushi is definately okay ........ it is really nice and it has got some rice but not too much and its really low in calories so yea i love eating them when im at the mall or something

my boy, i've been dieting for quite some time now and i'm having quite a problem getting those last 10 pounds off

but .. .

i will recommend some heavy bran and fiber cereal for you. Fill up on it!

and sushi! yuck -- sushi is never good for you -- it's raw! would you eat raw hamburger?? pork? i think not -- stay away from the sushi! too many little bugaboos for your gastrointenstinal tract.

It depends on the type of cereal. Go with something like Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It is very crunchy, so you will take more time to eat it, and be sure to have it with skim milk or unsweetened almond milk (only 45 calories per cup and tastes great). So, cereal is good, just be sure its whole grain cereal.

Also, sushi is acutally good to eat while on a diet. The white rice is probably not the best thing, but it is better than the bleached flour in a burger. And, typically sushi is veyr low in fat and has omega 3's from the raw fish. So, go for the sushi and whole grain cereal. and good luck on yuor diet.
