How can I lose 28 pounds by june 19th?!


Question: I'm 5'9, weigh 188lbs. 27%fat, 144lbs. of musocle. I want to lose it by summer for my football training. help?

Build more muscle to burn off fat.
Cut back on calories, particularly sugars.
Stay away from sweetened drinks.
Do a lot of running.

Incidentally, weight gain as muscle will not be a problem,even if you gain as much muscle weight as you lose fat weight.

Go to the Gym

You should do a lot of cardio.

Do lots of cardio

Just keep exercising and do not eat stuff that has too much calories.That will help i am doing that and its working,

eat well and do alot of cardio

Eat smaller portions and jog
