I totally feel you on this! I am going to try to help you because I can totally respect where you're coming from.

1) You need to count all your calories you take in each day. If you stay at 1000-1100 per day, you will probably be losing at a rate of 2 pounds per week or so. (That's actually a lot)

2) Strength train 3-4 days per week. It doesn't have to be super a lot, but about 20-40 minutes each time.

3) Do 20-30 minutes of cardio in between. No more! Overdoing cardio actually eats muscle which works against burning fat.

4) Drink lots of water because it helps you feel full. Every time you eat something, drink a lot of water with it to make it feel like you ate a lot.

5) Eat five large snacks per day instead of three meals. Your body takes just as many calories to burn a small amount of food as a large meal, so you might as well eat often and eat small.

To lose that much weight that fast, you would have to do a lot of fasting, and also you need to exercise so you won't be thinking about eating all the time.

Heck yeah it's possible but you won't make it unless you are truly serious about it. Maybe set your goal a little lower like 20 pounds. Thats two and a half months though! Exercise EVERY day! Just don't neglect yourself (rest if you need to) and your eating.

hhmmm it's possible. That is about 10 lbs per month and I think you could do that with a STRICT diet and a SERIOUS workout plan. If you have the money, get a personal trainer or go online and find a diet plan that works for you. How much do you weigh now and what is your height? We would need to know that to see how easy it will be for you to lose 30 lbs.
