Really Important Question.?!?!


Question: Okay, i am 12 and a half. I've been doing gymnastics for about 4 years now. I weigh 95 and im 5'4. Is this skinny? Or is it just right? I really want more muscle in my arms though because im getting into a new sport in April. "Volleyball".

Dont worry about your weight your twelve and at 5'4 thats a decent weight.. just lift weights and get toned and strong.. do light weight high reps you'll gain a little muscle but not too much.. also maintain a healthy diet.. you can type in your height and what not at mypyramid.gov and you can find out how much of what u should eat

You might be thin but I can't be sure, because certain weights look diff on diff people.
But yea, you sound thin.
For 5'4 you could probably get up to like 110-113, to be more average,

The important question is how do YOU feel about your weight. Are you comfortable? You certainly don't need to lose weight. Actually, at your age you shouldn't worry too much about it at all. As far as developing arm muscles, start practicing volleyball now. That will help you work the muscles you need.
