Over night fat stomach? What is it caused by?!

water retention if it came on suddenly, can be caused by any or all of the following:

eating too much salt or sodium in your food will cause you to retain water

drinking too much alcohol

not getting enough sleep

drinking too much fizzy drink/s

eating too much fiber- it will go through you but before it does it will store itself in your stomach, its being processed but slowly.

If your body is a low weight- you are anorexic or have an especially low body weifght you may have ruined your digestion as your body will be working in pressurized conditions. This can still be so even if you have gained your weight, if you gain weight it can fix itself, but will do it slowly and there is no promise it will really.
This happened to me. Now I look pregnent eveyday. And no, I am 200% sure I am not pregnent also.

LOL That usually happens to me when I've had 3 or 4 pints down the pub.

constipation

First thing that you must have eaten and went to bed right after that and maybe you didnt drink enough water.
Second it could be constipation.

probably just water wight or bloating.
1] you had alot of liquids that stored themselves in your lower tummy, dont wory, water weight is super easy to shead, just cut back on liquids to burn some off for a few days.

2]you had alot of sugar yesterday, sugar stores its self in fat cells, expanding them.

3]bloated, often happens when you dont eat enough/hardly anything, then when you have anything at all it seems, but really isnt, big.

when you woke up was your pillow gone?
