breakfasts..... small cup of porrige oats cooked with water cinamon and flaxseed, or fresh fruit salad and small pot of 0% fat yog ,or bran cereals with dried fruits and 100mls of skimmed milk.

lunchs ...... mushroom omellete with salad....
lentel soup and a wholemeal roll and low fat yog
or homemade pasta salad with cherry tomotos wholemeal pasta sweetcorn ,pepers,cucumber and grated carrot ....

snacks piece fruit or low fat yog or handful of fruit and nuts


dinner ,chicken with vegtables ,or fish and vegtables,
jacket potato with low fat filling and green salad,
vegtable homemade pizza with salad ,or vegtables with lowfat cheese sauce ....


drink 3 cups of green tea a day and speed walk 4 at least 30mins aday

Every morning: cereals - "bran flakes, crunchy nut, porridge with jam"

1 hour of energetic dancing

Loads of starjumps - aim for 100 in 1 go

here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. Pick an exercise regime you like. But lose only 1 kilo a week. That is the permanent way of losing.
