How to slowly eat more but not gain lots of weight?!


Question: I really don't eat enough so I am going to add 100 calories a week to my diet. Usually I would eat:
Breakfast: Cereal, skim milk, sometimes blueberries in it
Lunch: Yogurt
Dinner: Sandwich on pita bread or soup

So this is my new plan:
Week 1: Add apple for a snack when I come home from school
Week 2: Add baby carrots (around 5-7) with my lunch
Week 3: Add strawberries (5-7) with my lunch

What else should I add? I am stuck for ideas. And do you think this will help me maintain my weight ( I realize I will put on a few pounds first)

I already take a vitamin supplement.

yah, a little extra wont make you gain. your body adapts pretty quick to small changes so dont worry about it.
