actually, you're just right. while your weight is just fine, also consider your muscle mass - strength training will make you look toned and increase your metabolism. but don't worry about dieting - just eat generally healthy stuff and you'll be just fine.

WELL IF YOUR 14 5"7 MEDIUM BONE FRAME DEN YOU SHOULD NE NORMAL SIZE CAS IM 15 5'7 SKINNY & WEIGHT 124. SO I GUESS IF YOUR MEDIUM BONED DEN YOUR WEIGHHT SHOULD BE AVERAGE. BESDIE DONT WORRY BOUT IT TOO MUCH...AS LONG AS OYU EAT HEALTHY AND DO EXERCISES YOUR BODY WOULD STAY HEALTHY.(GOOD LUCK).!!
