Dose anyone know how to increase a dead lift am stuck at 4 45 plates on each sid!

This is not the most direct way, but sometimes getting away from the exercise help. For example, if you have been doing deads for more than 8 weeks in row, take a break from them.

Also, changing the rep scheme is also key. If you are doing a lot of singles, how about shooting for 4 to 6 reps with lighter weight.
