How do I get more skinny?!

OMG i have no idea!!!

What I have been doing is doing the you on a diet. It works and you lose weight slowly but the healthy way so you won't gain it all back. I also walk for thirty minutes a day. I've lost 6 pounds so far.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
