How long do you workout?!

i guess you could call me a gym rat. i never take a week off and when i do its only because i have to. but my routine goes something like this...
day 1: chest/triceps 2hours + cardio 20 minutes
day 2: cardio 20 minutes
day 3: back/biceps 2 hours + cardio 20 minutes
day 4: cardio 20 minutes
day 5: shoulders/legs 2 hours +cardio 20 minutes
......and the i just repeat the next week
by myself...hour and a half
-30 min. running on treadmill
-1 hr weightlifting (I cover my whole body in 3 days)
with a friend...about 2 hours solid lifting (but also some talking)
Days Off - 60 minutes of cardio (rotate between adjustable stride elliptical and a cross trainer)
2-3 work mornings - 30-45 minutes of cardio
Where I can improve - is strength training
1x week 40 minutes of low resistance on legs
1x week 40 minutes of low resistance on upper body (chest/tris + back/bis). I prefer to get a mix of free weights with core strengthening and exercise specific machines.
I do 45 minutes on the treadmill twice a day and 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing everyday except for Sundays.
