NEED help on eating more but still maintaining?!

Question: I asked thist before, but I don't like the ansers I got
---
I really don't eat enough so I am going to add 100 calories a week to my diet. Usually I would eat
Breakfast: Cereal, skim milk, sometimes blueberries in it
Lunch: Yogurt
Dinner: Sandwich on pita bread or soup

So this is my new plan:
Week 1: Apple for a snack when I come home from school
Week 2: Baby carrots with my yogurt
Week 3: Strawberries with my lunch

What else should I add? I am stuck for ideas. And do you think this will help me maintain my weight ( I realize I will put on a few pounds first)

I already take a vitamin supplement.

Your diet seems ok. Try to have more veg though.

Nuts and seeds are tasty and my help you gain weight, they are high in calories, but extremely nutritious. :D
